THE HOME-MADE MENU
DAY 1
Lunch - Poke Bowl
Chickpeas, white rice, cucumber, carrots, cabbage, edamame, radish, onions in tahini sauce & sesame.
Dinner - night out!
Let's go out for dinner and meet each other while having a nice beer or wine!
DAY 2
Breakfast - Peanut butter oats
Peanut butter, chia seeds, baked oats, oat milk, honey & fruits.
Lunch - Avo Scrambled eggs
Avo toast with eggs, tomatoes and feta cheese.
Dinner - Pasta
Fusili pasta salad.
DAY 3
Breakfast - Granula & yogurt
Greek yogurt, granola, fruits, peanut butter, cocont flakes.
Lunch - Tofu veggie wraps
Tofu, cabbage, carrots, spinach, tomato, capsicum, feta.
Dinner - Healthy vego burger
Lentil patty with sweet potato puree & salad.
DAY 4
Breakfast - Vegan pancakes
Flour, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, bananas, granola, strawberries...
